One of our first projects, this renovation involved a 2007 condo building in the luxurious Brickell area. Two bedroom, two bathroom remodeling job of the living spaces only. The project really allowed us to show what we had to offer, as we assisted not only in the actual remodeling process, but also in interior design. Medium sized project at 1600 sq ft, some changes involved carpet removal and replacement with 24×24 porcelain tile, popcorn ceilings scrapped, walls re-plastered, decor was entirely left to us with a mix of IKEA, West Elm, CB2 and a little ingenuity. Beautiful simple two room and bath mid-2016, Renovated from scratch the whole floor area was tiled by 24 X 24 marble with balcony and bathroom floor. We used for the bathroom the old style small tile design with warm and homey color palette. 2 car garage, and 1.400 sq of total living area.

MiamiTile had the privilege of working on this beautiful 18.000 sq ft lot, set right on Killian Dr. and the heart of the Village of Pincers. This project featured 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, with 6.000 sq ft under A/C and 7.400 total sq ft. Also 13 Ft high ceilings, temperature controlled wine room, designer kitchen, quartz counter tops, induction cooktop. Features include media room (fully wired), LED lighting, magnetic door locks, hidden hinges, solid teak master shower floor, 40 Ft lap & kids pool, outdoor gazebo.

We don’t just get our hands dirty with the construction side of a new home, we also like to put pen to paper and design them from scratch.
